  • Response to Outlook, Email inquiries
  • Premium refund processing
  • Ad Hoc Projects
  • General office and clerical work
  • Sense of urgency in problem resolution

Skills requested:

  • College graduate or 5 plus years working in a cash application, or collections experience
  • Working excel knowledge and Microsoft office
  • Adaptability/flexibility to several operating systems
  • Communication, both language and written
  • Interpersonal skills both in working in team environment and working with customers
  • Satisfaction in issue resolution and the hunt for the correct answer
