- Customer Satisfaction – We’re doing even more to understand and improve your experience. Within the portal, use the smiley face on the top menu to let us know how we’re doing. You have the ability to tell us about your overall experience working with us over, in addition to sending us feedback on the features you love or loathe about the portal.

- Single Click Submission – After completing an application, you’ll be able to submit and quote your business by clicking one button. No more confusing drop-downs
- Dashboard Binding – You now have the ability to bind your business directly from the dashboard. Once you click “Bind,” a pop-up will display important information, such as the effective date and limits, for your review before completing the bind order.
- Free Online Payment – All products within the Broker Portal now have the option of free ACH online payment when using standard processing times.
- Invoice Improvement – All Broker Portal product invoices have been revised to bring more clarity to premium breakdowns and balances, while also providing a convenient "Click to Pay Online" button to access online payment options.
- Crime Product Eligibility – We have broadened our guidelines to no longer require countersignatures for associations that use electronic banking.
- Notification Banner – A new notification banner will appear within the portal when improvements have been made or if there are general announcements.
- Referral Messages – More detailed referral messages will appear to provide additional information as to why your submission would need to be reviewed from our team of experts.
- Quotes for Related Products – Once your submission is complete, a series of boxes will appear that suggest related products which may be of interest to you. Click on the “Learn More” link to receive more information or the “Get A Quote” button to quickly begin submitting business for that product.
- Swimming Pool Safety – Together with our partners at Great American, we’re offering information that will help insureds to better protect themselves and their clients from swimming pool related accidents. These safety tips will be included with all Umbrella policies.
