Evacuation Plans
Fire, severe storms or hurricanes, tornadoes - any number of perils
may require an evacuation plan for habitational or commercial real
estate and they are a crucial part of any risk management program.
In addition, prevention plans are first on the list as an effective
approach to mitigating loss and injury. To help you and your clients
think about these exposures, below are links to the U.S. Department
of Labor's Occupational Safety & Health Administration website
with standards for exit routes, emergency action plans, and fire
prevention plans.
