NEW:  CHIP PACKAGE POLICY

This program now offers a commercial package policy consisting of property, general liability, and auto non-ownership liability coverages.  A separate policy with optional high and low limit umbrella liability coverages is also available.  The following classes of real estate are eligible:

  • Apartment buildings, Condo or Coops that are:                          
                    $5MM TIV or Less
                    - 6 Stories or Less
                    - 30 Units or Less                                                                  
                    - No Frame Construction*     
                 - No Restaurant     Exposure                                                   
  • Benefits include:
