We call this program "Chip" and it is designed specifically for small urban multi-family buildings.

The buildings we have in mind are 2 to 6 stories, 30 units or less (50 in Chicago), $6,000,000 TIV or less, masonry (though we will write frame in San Francisco and Seattle) and are located in cities we've listed below.
