Our Student Housing program is designed for multi-unit housing with quality life safety and quality management. Housing for students presents unique risks for carriers, but with careful analysis we've separated the "wheat from the chaff." That means we know the questions to ask to understand the risks you're left with the right program and the right carrier. Dormitories, fraternities/sororities, single family homes and buildings with frame balconies are not eligible for the program.
