Our Affordable Housing Program focuses on low-to-moderate income,
privately-owned, multi-family housing where more than 20% of the
rental income is government subsidized. The product is designed
specifically for the needs these property owners face. One of the
key features is the Business Income portion of the policy. Unlike
a standard property form, it covers loss of both rents and government
subsidies. Our Affordable Housing Program can include Senior Housing.
Properties with social services that are not drug-rehab related
are eligible, however appropriate certificates of insurance must
be provided before we can provide you with a quote.
Public Housing, hope VI , homeless shelters or boarding houses are ineligible. The following coverages are available:
