Our Affordable Housing Program is designed specifically for the needs of low-to-moderate income, privately-owned, multi-family housing where more than 20% of the rental income is government subsidized.*

We are one of the few companies that are familiar and comfortable with your Affordable Housing risk. We understand the industry, how the financing works and the type of governmental oversight that is inherent with "affordable" risks.

Benefis include:
  • Business Income covers loss of both rents and government subsidies
  • Senior Housing is eligible
  • Properties with social services are eligible (except for drug-rehab services)
  • All types of construction
  • An Umbrella including or without the primary coverage
  • Electronic policy delivery
