The senior population (55+) is the largest growing demographic in the
United States. We will insure Active Retirement and Independent Living
condos, coops, and rentals, including Independent Living facilities that
provide services such as community dining, laundry, housekeeping, and
transportation. Please note that transportation does not include scheduled
sponsored events. And appropriate certificates will be required before we
can provide you a quote.
At this time, we are not able to include the following facilities:
- Assisted Living Facilities
- Continuing Care Facilities
- Skilled Nursing Facilities
