The senior population (55+) is the largest growing demographic in the United States. So it was logical for us to focus our attentions on understanding the exposures and making sure we had a program for Active Retirement and Independent Living condos, coops, and rentals, including those that provide services such as community dining, laundry and housekeeping. We will also include transportation (that does not include scheduled sponsored events), if you provide us with a certificate of insurance.

  • A property policy that includes Comprehensive Boiler/Machinery including Miscellaneous Electrical Apparatus
  • An optional Umbrella policy from $5 Milliom to $100 Million in limits
