Getting Started
Getting started with Distinguished is simple. Here's how the process works:

1. Complete a Producer Profile. Use Adobe Reader to view and print the form (you can download the reader by clicking here) and send it via fax or mail.
   
2. Review and sign the Brokerage Agreement. Use Adobe Reader to view and print the form and send it via fax or mail.
   
3. Return the Producer Profile and Brokerage Agreement, along with a copy of your agents'/brokers' license and proof of E&O insurance (minimum of $1 million per occurrence with a $3 million aggregate) to: Jim Tesoriero, Senior Vice President, The Distinguished Programs Group, 1180 Avenue of the Americas 16th fl, New York, NY 10036.
   
4. Once we've received and reviewed everything, we'll get in touch with you right away. After that, you'll be ready to start writing business.
