With more than 70,000 policy holders and nearly $250 million of written premium we are robustly growing. As a Customer Experience Specialist you will work with more than 4,000 independent brokers and agents across the United States. You will be the first point of contact for our customers with the goal of creating an exceptional customer experience. You will play a critical role in resolving and reconciling more than 100,000 annual inbound inquiries via email, phone and live chat.

Daily Tasks

  • Drive an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
  • Apply technical knowledge to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Navigate and educate customers through our online broker portal.

Qualifications 

  • You are curious, a habitual learner and a problem solver.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Inhabit technical proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. Quality matters.
  • Limited travel may be required.
