Affordable Housing

Affordable Housing (for our program) is multi-unit housing with quality life safety and quality management. Our affordable housing program can include senior housing. The affordable housing program is not available for public housing, hope IV, homeless shelters or boarding houses. Properties with social services that are not drug-rehab related are eligible, however appropriate certificates of insurance must be provided before we can provide you with a quote.
